Vysotska Yuliia Olehivna

In 2006 she graduated from the Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specialty «Law», obtained a master’s degree in law, and in 2007 – in the specialty «International Economic Relations», obtained the qualification of an international economics. In 2019 graduated from Faculty of and Marketing of National Technical University of Ukraine «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute», specialty – «Management», obtained master’s degree in management in the Sphere of Military-Industrial Complex.

In 2012 she was awarded the degree Ph.D. in Law, specialty – Civil law and civil procedure; family law; international private law.

Since 2001, working in a private company «Scientific-Production Association «Practika», which is a manufacturer of armoured military vehicles, special vehicles, security measures for banks and offices, as well as developing equipment of fire fighting and personal safety. Currently holds the position of Director of Development and International Relations.

Since 2017 – Director of International Relations of the Public Association «League of Defense Companies of Ukraine».

Since September 2020 – Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine.

Since October 2020 Head of the Defense-Industrial Complex Committee at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
