Cross-connected modules of field cable communication lines


Cross-connected modules of field cable communication lines are designed for switching field cable communication lines, deploying subscriber telephone networks and Ethernet transmission lines at communication centers and control points.

The company produces a wide range of cross-connected modules, designed to provide:

– connection of lines of end user devices of different types of communication (telephone, telegraph) in stationary and field communication systems as part of subscriber networks of automatic and manual switching systems.
– connection of telephone network subscribers to the cable having protected connectors of type DH-24-RJ45-P01, or connectors of type RJ45, using a P-274M field cable, or cable cords with RJ-12 connectors.
– connection of the construction length of the KRM 4×2 cable with the ATGM 5×2 cable and the connection of one two-wire subscriber line using the P-274M cable.
– connection of the KRM 4×2 cable to the P-296 cable.
– transition from the P-274 cable to the RJ-12 socket using push-type terminals.
– connection of the construction length of the KRM 4×2 cable between each other or the construction length of the KRM 4×2 cable with the patch cord of the twisted pair cable Cat5e with RJ-45 connectors.

Cross-connected modules are operated in climatic conditions:

– temperature from 223 to 318 K (from minus 50 to plus 50 ° С)
– relative humidity not more than 95% at a temperature not more than 313 K (40 ° C)
– atmospheric pressure from 12 to 113 kPa (from 90 to 850 mm Hg. Art.).

Types and technical specifications

Input shield VShch-45/2

The shield is designed to connect subscribers of the telephone network to a cable having protected connectors of type DH-24-RJ45-P01, or connectors of type RJ45, using a P-274M field cable, or cable cords with RJ-12 connectors.
The contact system of the panel should consist of a socket type DH-24-RJ45-S01, four sockets type RJ-12 and four pairs connected in parallel with them, push-type terminals.
Weight – not more than 1.8 kg.
Overall dimensions (LxWxH) – not more than 160 х 105 х 115 mm.

 

  Remote input shield VShch-2

VShch-2 is designed to connect the lines of end user devices of different types of communication (telephone, telegraph, etc.) in stationary and field communication systems as part of subscriber networks of automatic and manual switching systems.
Provides:
– connection of 28 subscriber analog telephone lines;
– connection of 11 Ethernet lines 10/100 Mbit.
– transition above the listed 39 communication lines to the station side consisting of a set of standard AP-10 coupling half hardware, protected by RJ45 couplings, and spring terminals
Weight – no more than 7 kg.

  Input shield VShch-D

Designed to connect the lines of the end user devices of different types of communication (telephone, telegraph, etc.) in stationary and field communication systems as part of the subscriber networks of automatic and manual switching systems.
VShCH-D provides connection of 8 pairs of subscriber connecting lines or 4 four-wire connecting lines of STA-4TSB (TAE-4) phones – only 16 pieces of push-on terminals for one ATGM 10×2 cable (AP-10 half coupling).
Weight – no more than 3 kg.
Overall dimensions (LxWxH) – no more than 275х128х108 mm.

  Transition coupling PM-5×2/2

The coupling provides the connection of the construction cable length KRM 4×2 with the ATGM 5×2 cable and the connection of one two-wire subscriber line with the help of the P-274M cable.
The contact system of the coupling consists of the connector type CE145-8 / 19p and the hardware coupling half ATGM 5×2 AP-5. An unused twisted pair from the AP-5 half-coupling is output to two push terminals for connecting the telephone line.
Weight – not more than 2.0 kg.

  Connecting coupling ZM-45/3

Coupling provides:
– connection of the construction cable length KRM 4×2 with each other;
– connection of the construction length of the KRM 4×2 cable with the Cat5e twisted pair cable patch cord with RJ-45 connectors.
The contact system of the coupling consists of two connectors of type CE145-8 / 19p.
Weight – not more than 2.0 kg.

  Transition coupling PM-296/2

The coupling provides connection of the KRM 4×2 cable to the P-296 cable.
The contact system of the coupling consists of the connector type CE145-8 / 19p and the PS-2 half coupling (П-296).
Weight – not more than 2.0 kg.
Overall dimensions (LxWxH) – not more than 170 х 135 х 75 mm.

  Transitional distribution coupling PRM-10×2-45/2

The coupling provides connection of two KRM 4×2 cables and connection of two two-wire or one four-wire subscriber line with the help of a P-274M cable to one ATGM 10×2 cable.
The contact coupling system consists of two connectors of type CE145-8 / 19p (RJ45 protected connectors) and the AP-10 hardware coupling half for switching to the ATGM 10×2 cable. Two unused twisted pairs from the AP-10 half-coupling are connected to four push-in terminals for connecting the telephone line.

  Transition coupling PM-12/2

The coupling provides a transition from the P-274 cable to the RJ-12 socket using push-type terminals.
