Defence City is a special legal regime to support domestic enterprises in the defence-industrial complex. Its launch will significantly increase the production of modern Ukrainian weapons and military equipment, develop new technologies, attract investment in the industry, and enhance the capabilities of the Defence Forces.

Defence City residents will receive a number of benefits:

Income tax exemption (subject to reinvestment)

Land and property tax exemption (if used in production)

Environmental tax exemption

Simplified customs procedures

Simplified regime for international transfer of defence products

The state supports the relocation and implementation of measures to enhance the protection of production facilities.

Participation in Defence City is open to companies that are strategically important for the state’s defence capabilities and meet transparency requirements and other specified criteria.

Our key goal is to fully provide the Defence Forces with everything they need, develop and improve our own weapons and equipment, and guarantee the state’s security in the future thanks to a strong, capable army.
