In particular, the state is supervising the registration of the enterprise, the organization of secrecy, as well as the designation of responsibility for violation of conditions of production and sales. Over-regulation of this sector, insist on private enterprises defense industry will lead to corruption and reduce potential defense enterprises.

After discussion, the Committee on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship recommended to finalize the draft law number 5698 of 23/01/2017 on amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activity” regarding economic activities in the development, manufacture, sale, repair, modernization and disposal of weapons , military equipment, military weapons and ammunition.
