Description
Hand-thrown smoke grenades RDG-55, RDG-55M (hereinafter – grenades) and boxes of day operation
with bilateral smoke production are intended for laying a smoke-screen to mask individual firing points,
small military units, blinding the enemy, as well as to simulate fires of military equipment and on civilian
targets for training of firefighting and rescue units at emergencies. The grenade possible application is
to indicate the helicopter its landing site and show it the direction and wind strength.
