HF radio R-1150-01 (400 W)


Radio R-1150-01, HF with a power of 400 W, is designed to provide two-way antijamming telephone and telegraph radio communication and data transmission over radio channels of the HF range.

The radio transmits voice information from the handset or from a telephone headset. It also provides work with other types of radio at the same operating frequencies and using the same classes of radiation.

The radio is designed to provide radio communications in stationary and field conditions with direct transfer by personnel over HF radio channels.
The radio of the P-1150-03 version provides operation on whip antennas (2–3) m long, as well as on dipole antennas.
The radio transmits voice information from the handset or from a telephone headset.
The radio station provides work with other types of radio stations at the same operating frequencies and using the same classes of radiation.
Heat dissipation of the radio station does not exceed: in the reception mode – 30 W, in the transmission mode – 70 W.

When used as intended, the radio provides:

– support for digital methods of technical information masking;
– the ability to work with external devices for classifying information;
– variable output power level (four power gradations, namely: 100, 50, 25; 12.5%);
– work in the “ALE” mode (the adaptive mode of the working channel selection with automatic connection setup), which corresponds to the standard MIL-STD-188-141В;
– work in the digital voice mode using the MELP speech conversion method;
– the possibility of countering electronic means of suppression and interception in the mode of jumping frequencies;
– accurate information about the time of day and geographical coordinates of the location using the integrated global positioning system (GPS)
– testing (performance monitoring) of the radio station;
– work in the mode of simplex and two-frequency simplex at fixed frequencies;
– work with a pseudo-random adjustment of the operating frequency;
– the ability to work in radio silence mode;
– the possibility of remote control from a separate terminal via the RS-232 interface;
– the possibility of remote control from a separate terminal in accordance with the Ethernet protocol;
– the ability to work in a local area network in accordance with the Ethernet protocol;
– the ability to transfer data at speeds from 50 to 19200 bps using the built-in STANAG 4444 (frequency hopping frequency) modems, MIL-STD-188-110B APPENDIX F, STANAG4539 / MIL-STD-188-110B, MIL-STD-188-110A § 5.3;
– preservation of previously recorded information in the internal memory of the radio station after it is turned off due to the presence of a battery to support the memory;
– the possibility of convenient and flexible control of the radio station using the control panel with an LCD display, as well as the possibility of remote control from the remote control (hereinafter referred to as the RCU) and the PC.
