Yesterday, February 16, the Ministry of Strategy and Industry held a regular conciliation meeting on the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Defense Procurement”. The event was chaired by First Deputy Minister for Strategic Industries Valery Ivashchenko.

Draft Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Approval of the Procedure for Creating, Forming and Maintaining an Electronic Register of Selection Participants and Executors of State Contracts (Agreements”) and “Defense Procurement Issues” were considered.

According to the press service of the agency, the meeting discussed in detail and processed the available comments and reservations submitted by stakeholders in order to prepare these draft resolutions for submission to the next meeting of the Government Committee on National Security and Defense, Strategic Industries, Fuel and Energy complex and infrastructure.

Earlier, the press service of the Ministry reported that on February 9, 2021 in the framework of the meeting of this committee chaired by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister for Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleg Urusky was considered the lion’s share of resolutions to ensure implementation of the law Of Ukraine “On Defense Procurement”.
