Ukrainian Agency for scientific and technological development bases its activities on the principles of flexibility, speed and adaptability to real conditions. As a company with development and implementation of high technology, we prefer a horizontal network approach to business, rather than vertical horizontal coordination and management focusing on achievement of qualitatively new changes. Working for the good of Ukraine, we want to build an effective and mutually beneficial public-private partnership for the achievements of technological advantages in key areas of defense, and to establish effective and productive collaboration with government customers for the development and implementation of new technologies in weapons and military equipment, and also means training soldiers.

Every day our company negotiates dozens of operational issues to systematically address global problems of our activities, such as achieving a technological advantage in the defense; implementation of mega-projects – complex technological solutions that systematically improve the combat capabilities of the Ukrainian army; building a smart public-private partnership in the defense industry.
